    If you fancy a bite to eat in front of the harbour,then Salt in Whitianga is the one for you. Lovely outdoor/indoor flow, friendly staff and a cracking good ambience. The food is a little on the pricey side for a cafe but with that view I certainly wasn't complaining. Lovely for breakfast or lunch during the warmer months.

    Great place with a really friendly atmosphere. I go there quite often as the food is always outstanding, I recently took some American visitors and they were very impressed with attentive service and the nice ambiance that is created by the wonderful team, there is no where else i would rather visit!!!!
