    I have to admit the first time dining here was a pleasant experience,however, I am extremely disappointed with the hospitality of the last visit. Granted the they were busy, I walked in and asked for a table for two, seeing several empty tables I expected to be seated. Instead all I got was a shaking head. No verbal communication, no "we will have availablity later this evening," or even an "I am sorry we are booked for the evening." Just a shaking head! I'm big on customer service and I refuse to support somebody who doesn't offer that. So here's to hoping you receive better service than I did and If anybody knows of a good buffet outside of this one I would love to hear about it. I will never support this company again!

    I wouldn't say reservations are not required but are recommended during busy times...also the premium price listed above is not correct, it is less than that per person dining in for smorgasbord, also takeaway meals are cheaper and have different size options. I would not call it a bar/club but a restaurant. Nice food, good value.

    We ab's love Kwang Chow and dine there at least every cpl months. your Pricing and hours of operation however have need to be amended as Kwanf Chow isnt open Monday's and adult to dine is $19.80!! recommend to all :-)

    Buffet specialists at there best! A wide variety of Chinese dishes that tickle your fancy....A great atmosphere for the family and only a stride to the movies 2 doors down!
