    This is the only place in Whangarei to get pre-prepared frozen meals from. Selection is fantastic and Chris and his wife are fantastic to deal with.

    I have been ordering Chris's meals for over 8 years I think and I can vouch for the genuine home cooked flavour. The service is great and you could not ask for a better selection. The Seafood Mornay is my favourite.

    Checked out this place to get more information about the menu and delivery. They had all the info we needed on their door. Surprisingly the owner/cook invited us in, even though they were closed for the night and allowed each of us to try a meal and dessert for free! We had roast beef, roast lamb and a beef stew. The meat is so tender and succulent. It came with potato, pumpkin, kumura, peas, cauliflower & cheese sauce. Everything was cooked perfectly and wasn't mushy like some frozen meals. It's the first frozen meal I've had that definitely is home-cooked and not the processed crap you get in supermarkets. The meals are beautifully presented in a container for oven or microwave and a clear cover on top that peels off once heated. They also have an impressive range of meals to choose from. They can deliver but only on Friday for $5.00 otherwise you can collect from the shop. They offer the following meals: Meat only $7 Meat with potato $12 Main courses $6 & $9 Main course with vege $6, $10 & $16 Gourmet Selection $12 Desserts $4.50 I look forward to my meals now as other people's cooking always taste better than your own!
