    I've enjoyed so much coming back to new Zealand and sampling all the amazing food we have and Bambina is definitely up there in the Cafe department. The bruschetta is the best anywhere and so is the chicken salad with pecorino and pear, but i'll say the coffee's a little too weak and not really hot enough. Very bust so get in early.

    Yes Bambina translates to little one, but good things come in small packages and this wee cafe in Ponsonby is no exception. Warm and friendly, this cosy cafe offers perfect comfort food for a cold winters day, and the aroma of coffee fills the room deliciously.
