You have to squeeze your way to the table, this is a tiny restaurant and almost always busy. But it is busy for a reason - great food and cheap. I usually have the vegetarian dosai. The dosai is crispy and slightly sour, and its served with curry sauces and coconut chutney. Very yummy. The dosai is also enormous so you really need to get stuck in with your hands for some of it! You can BYO wine or beer, although you can't stay long - they turn the tables over pretty quickly. Great if you're just after a quick, cheap, filling and yummy dinner before moving on elsewhere.

This place is a big hit with meat-eating friends but I find the vegetarian options lacking - they seem to expensive for a plate of average vegetables with mild flavouring. I also find it odd that they constantly run a gas heater when the place is packed. It makes the windows sweat, which feels a bit grim. But lovely staff and service, all my friends love the place.
