    While this restaurant/bar is local and has a good atmosphere, it is rare to get even average service there which can really spoil the evening. We went mid week for a meal and although the restaurant was very quiet we waited over 20 minutes to have our order taken, then another 30 minutes to get our meals, which were very average for the price and after asking for deserts we gave up waiting after the bar had emptied and the staff had cleaned up and sat down with beers as still no-one came to take our order. We did not receive any apology for this and left very dissatisfied with the experience.

    We dined here a last week with a large group, fantastic atmosphere, we all ordered breads and were satisfied with these especially the sun-dried tomato flat bread. We then had our mains come out, and were again totally happy with every dish the food was absolutely scrumptious!! Very reasonably priced aswell.

    We had dinner here and were not impressed to be honest. Food was good but not great, mains only came with a handfall of vegetables. My vegetarian sister ordered the pasta only to be bought out pork. Then told after we all had our meals they were out of pasta for the evening. By the time we had finished eating and asked twice after her new meal (the pizza) it finally arrived. Drink orders also had to be requested twice before receiving them. Was good value since we were given a discount off the pizza plus we used our entertainment book vouchers however we will not be going back here adn wouldn't recommend to others
