    My wife and I love Thai food, and Hong Thai is our favourite Thai restaurant by far. We've eaten at quite a few, but keep coming back. We can't understand why this place isn't better known. The staff are friendly and attentive The food is delcious and very well priced. We've never been disappointed.

    Word of mouth really works. This place was recommended to me and it totally lived up to the expectation. Friendly staff, warm and cozy atmosphere, reasonably priced, and great food.

    We wanted to go somewhere quiet and unpretentious, so headed to Hong Thai following a recommendation. It's quite spacious - lots of different little dining areas - which makes it appear I dunno, somewhat comforting I guess. The only annoying part was the bright lighting - lit up like a plane runway which isn't great when you're on a date. Despite being busy the service was impeccable and the food was good, served in large portions for an excellent price. Good place for dinner and quiet conversation. Oh and it's BYO only, no liquor on the menu.
