    Just been to an organised and booked 21st party only to be very disappointed at the lack of help and attitude by the staff. The party was booked from 9 - 11 but they wouldnt let us play until at least 20 of the guests were there and they were in no hurry to open the bar even after it was asked. The birthday girl was very upset with the lack of co-operation from staff which ended with everyone leaving. You are a professional business so please act this way. You were guaranteed money for games and a resonable amount over the bar I cannot understand this attitude, I am a business woman in hospitality and would never treat my customers in this way. We will not be back!
