Hi, I would like to put a formal complaint in as I went through to KFC Pakuranga last night being 20/09/2012 to buy take aways. As I arrived I had a young girl behind the counter serve me and as she was dishing up half of the chicken nuggets fell out onto the floor and the counter top as the boxes were not the correct ones; however at the same time of dishing up I noticed that the young girl had no gloves on and was scratching the tip of her nose whilst dealing with the food, surely this is a health risk but non the less the food was just lumped into the box that was incorrect as according to the staff they had no correct stock left and were out of the boxes/tools. I was highly dissapointed with the service provided as I deal with recruitment and from identifying last nights even clearly shows that there is a lack of staff training and support. Also the way the food was presented was totaly unsatisfactor; I would appreciate some feedback/comments around this as this is clearly not a good reflection on KFC Pakuranga

It's annoying this place is on the way home - esp on a friday night. I'll often get the TXT "Pick up some KFC on the way home" and we'll find ourselves kicking off the weekend with a big pile of CHICKEN ... now if only they'd sell beer too :D
