We went to Kwong Chow for my mothers Birthday,and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. My brother found hair in his food and the chef offered to remove the hair off the plate for us,as a solution!We suggested to remove the item from the bill, but instead they just removed the hair and brought the plate back and the manager still charged us for it! beacause we has eaten half of it. We were all very shocked and disgusted would never go back.
