We went to Hector's for a family birthday dinner, and had a wonderful time. Out of the eight of us, five were vegan and the other three vegetarians. We all ordered from the vegan menu, having the tofu, tempeh, and noodles. I had the tofu, and believe it to have the best restaurant meal of my life. Everything went beautifully with everything else and tasted lovely. It was texturally excellent as well. The staff were pleasant and the atmosphere near perfect. Very quiet and relaxing. Only drawback was the price, but for a special occasion it's well worth it.
