I had no problem with Burger King in Gisborne, in fact I took great pride in buying my favorite meal (Chicken Tenders with Sweet And Sour Sauce YUM!!!) Up until I had a unpleasant conversation over the phone with the store manager where she became very rude and condescending in the way she talked to me. Now that is a sure sign of unprofessionalism in the workplace which is very concerning considering she should be a responsible mature adult put in such an important position. So the bottom line is that the store manager needs to learn a bit of manners, and after this experience I am very hesitant to ever step foot in the Gisborne Burger King ever again. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Quite a small dining in area, but it is linked to the Shell station which is handy. The food quality is good, but every time I've dined in the tables haven't been wiped down, and there are not a lot of staff so there is a bit of a wait if the place is full. I love BK but in this case I'd opt for drive thru and find a nice beach spot to eat my BK meal!
