Got a spare couple of hours and want some Authentic Italian food, Atmosphere & service – then Bella Mia is your place! It is a very small family run Italian BYO restaurant that doesn’t pretend to be anything its not. It has a pleasant “Italian” atmosphere and the food is fantastic – Some may be mistaken for thinking they are receiving the most terrible service and that their meals take forever – I can assure you that all the meals are made with love and the wait is worth it! So bring your self a bottle of wine or two, sit back relax and enjoy yourself and if you are lucky you will be served by the owners lovely 11 year old son! :)

1 star is being generous - the worst dining experience I've ever had! I called ahead to make a reservation and to ensure a highchair was available. Upon arrival, I found the highchair was ridiculously small, it looked at least thirty years old and one of the legs was broken. Our safest option was to have our eighteen month old son sit on my lap at the table. We ordered our meals (nearly $150 worth) and as we waited, we witnessed the elderly man from the restaurant exhibiting shameless behaviour towards the female staff member in front of customers which was quite upsetting to watch. He then asked the patrons at the next table to leave before they had even finished their meal (something I had never witnessed before but maybe thats how they treat customers in Italy?) At least he was kind enough to offer to put the remains of their meal in a box to go. As my son had to sit at the table with us, the table cloth was pulled and a fork dropped off the table. This caught the attention of the elderly man from behind the counter. He told us to get our meals to go. I asked if I could have a small kiddie size gelato to occupy my son until the food arrives. He flatly said No, they dont do kiddie sized servings and insisted that we leave. We agreed to get our meals to go but then asked myself, why should we pay for this service. We decided to leave before our meals came.
