    Very disappointing. We had a party of 12. The food was OK, the table service was not great, long waits for food, they forgot about us upstairs, the prices were OK -a bit high was the consensus with our group. The real problem was when we went to pay - I stayed at the counter to make sure everything got paid for, and at the end there were a couple extra misos and rices that no one claimed. The manager admitted there was a mistake on the receipt, and when I said I would pay for everything remaining except those things, the manager EXPLODED at me, told me I was cheating, rude, and other abusive comments, yelled at me, said he didn't want my custom, and said that if I wanted a discount I should just ask for a discount. I believe he was upset that I claimed I would not pay for the extra items (although I didn't say no one else would). SO I said 'OK I'd like a discount' and he said 'OK' and didn't charge me for the extras -- but by this stage he had already ruined the atmosphere of my friend's birthday, and earned himself a TERRIBLE reputation with a large group of paying customers. Very unfortunate for this angry man and his kind staff.

    Valuable price for great tuna carpaccio and salmon teriyaki. I had beautiful moment with my boyfriend with the excellent service of haru no yume waiters. I will definitely come back with my boyfriend on our anniversary.

    Great for lunch as you can choose a variety of sushi to team up with a smaller serve of donburi depending on how hungry you are.

    servvice very friendly, polite and welcomimg. Food very, very fresh and cooked well. We had Miso soups, Donburis and Lunch Box. Crispiest salad and flavoursome, textured rice. Meals enjoyed by us all. ***3/4. 3 people, 4 x beers $65.00. Good value. Will be back. FRESH,FRESH,FRESH INGREDIENTS.
