We are not the usual dark over roasted coffee often found in major cities around the world. We pride ourselves on understanding the beans we roast and have no problem standing up and shouting to the world that our coffee tastes great!

I must say I was not sure how this coffee company would stack up to the giants of Wellington Coffee Greatness. That said the coffee they roast there is simply the best coffee I have ever had! The staff are warm and friendly. This spot is very popular and most patrons are greated by name! There is a dog bowl outside as well!!!

As a Brooklyn resident I was pleased to see such a great cafe in our community (the coffee is amazing!!). The staff there are always friendly even on those horrid rainy days when its too cold to venture outside, and even when busy they always have a smile and very quick service, not to mention the lovely treats they have to eat :) I saw them at the food show and got to try some of the amazing sauces they sell too. I was happy to see that they use biodegradeable cups which all cafe's should use! I'm proud to call myself a regular!!
