The Terrace restaurant offers an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast and a sumptuous a la carte breakfast menu. It has a light modern decor with great indoor/outdoor flow onto the courtyard for alfresco dining with impressive cityscape views and a close-up perspective of the Sky Tower.
The Terrace is located in the SKYCITY Grand Hotel, and is also available for functions.

The Terrace has a light and modern decor and combines with the Club Lounge and outdoor courtyard to create the perfect space for private functions.
Enjoy an elegant five star experience with an extensive buffet menu or groups can choose from a menu tailored specifically for them.
The Terrace can cater for groups up to 100 people and The Club Lounge can cater for groups from 20 people through to 50 people. The Terrace and Club Lounge combined can cater for up to 200 people.

We've been in a lot of places in different countries, this is one of the best hotel breakfast restaurant we have been. The buffet has a great variety of choices, The food was really good!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful, specially the South American guy. Thanks for making our stay a real experience.

The Terrace Restaurant at the Sky City Grand Hotel has the best Buffet Breakfast we have experienced any where. The presentation, menu and the quality of the food and the service is exemplary. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Sky City Grand for an evening and had the buffet breakfast the next morning....what a treat! This has got to be the best buffet breakfast in Auckland. It is fresh and the variety is simply devine, you would want to sit for hours to try to get everything in, but not possible for the tummy. It's $37.00 but think about $37.00 of heaven for brekkie.....mmmmmmm. Worth it!
