Although the quality of the food cannot be knocked, the size of the High Tea serving was extremely disappointing. What the two of us received equated to $25 not $25 EACH! 4 micro sausage rolls (3 placed together equated to one standard sausage roll), 4 mini sandwiches (4" x 2"), 4 micro scones, 2 micro cupcakes, 4 cake fingers. Basically it is all finger food size. I'm sorry but no caterer would dare provide so little for $25 per head. My only respite is that I bought a Grab One voucher so only paid $25 for 2 people but the serving was genuinely only worth the $25 in total. Maybe we're paying for the building maintenance and view? Lovely food and drinks but will not recommend the High Tea to anyone as it is a complete ripoff. We'll be back when we win Lotto though.

Never again... we had the High Tea and have had High Tea/Tiffin Tea's at many establishments around NZ and overseas. This one at The Tea House at Pukekura Park was extremely disappointing, the worst we have ever had. There were 3 of us and the savories considered of 4 very very tiny sausages rolls, 5 plain sandwiches and 5 little cakes..you don't even get two each ! Tea consisted of either Earl Grey or Bell...no specialty Dilmahs. For $75 not worth it..we came away hungry...our understanding is there are new owners now which may explain both service and value is lacking.
