We serve delicious Mediterranean and Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere.
Amphora prides itself for its great food, warm ambience and Mediterranean atmosphere. We have a large variety of mouth-watering Mediterranean and Italian cuisine and a great selection of New Zealand and imported wines and beers. Owner and chef Malcolm Grant was a NZ Beef & Lamb ambassador in 2005 - his specialty dish is Dukkah Roasted Lamb Rump.
We are able to seat 65 people but we also have a semi covered outdoor area seating a further 40, complete with gas heaters and umbrellas.

Amphora has a nice atmosphere about it. The waiting staff are always really cheery and helpful and the meals are yummy. I must say that this restaurant has the best sticky date dessert that I have ever tasted, a must have every time we dine here.
