The flavour was nice and store seemed very clean but it was ruined by the fact there were two black hairs in my drink.

This is Auckland's newest Milk Tea cafe - with a twist. From the street, you see waitresses dressed as French Maids. Step in and get greated in Japanese. But the food & drink are distinctly Taiwanese snackish. In has not officially opened, but you can dine in the 'modern' downstairs area whilst apparently the 'soft, romantic' upstairs is still under renovation. They supply predominantly Chinese card games and encourage people to hang around longer - that's pretty cool. From the Takoyaki Balls to the Milk Tea, Soya Sauce Noodles and Fried Chicken Pieces, we were seriously impressed (and we are not exactly Milk Tea newbies either). Definitely worth dropping by if your are hanging around Newmarket!
