    The starter was amazing. Our waitress and the maitre d' (I think this was her role, could of also been duty manager) were both lovely. Unfortunately that wasn't enough to make up for long wait times for meals and a seriously undercooked chicken breast in my burger. Infact it wasn't even undercooked it was raw. The waitress apologised and brought another burger out but it wasn't the same burger as the one I had originally ordered. Cost of the burger was taken off my bill but not good enough really as the second burger wasn't what I asked for anyway. We were also poured the wrong wine despite waiting 20 minutes for it. Very disappointed. Won't be back anytime soon and will be making a formal complaint to the manager.

    I eat and drink at 623 On The Rocks frequently the last time being Sun 20th Mar 2011, the service is always friendly and quick even when they are busy, and the staff always do everything they can to help, the food is good for the price paid and good sized, having a rewards card is also a bonus, I would recommend to anyone for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, good food and service.

    Service slow.... food, we found adverage, wine tasted OFF waitress got wrong order twice and although we thought prices were reasonable we wont be going back unless they sort there customer service out.
