    Overall terrible customer service ,most staff friendly and helpful but was mocked by excuse for a barrista imitating me in a sarcastic voice and adding child like noises when returning an undrinkable coffee.Staff then forgot to remake coffee and juice ordered never arrived. When calling manager he was unavailable to talk. left angry and disappointed.

    By far my favourite 'hidden gem' of the South Island. I have now been to this creative yet relaxed venue many times, and at different times of the day. Always have I been greeted with a smile, and efficient service. I love their vego and gluten free options, and their selection of real leaf tea is a nice change, from being charged $4 for a teabag!!!!! I have seen a small stage in the last week go up, and look forward to their summer gig line up. Big ups De Ville, keep up the great work!!!
