Can I have negative reviews removed?
Strictly speaking, we don't remove reviews. We know how a bad review can look, however, we also know (from experience) that word of mouth & positive reviews are the best form of advertising. We recommend that if you do receive a bad review, leverage the built in reply system to reply to it. This will address it, meet it head on and deal with it effectively. We've known businesses that’ve left a review up on their listing, addressed it and gone on to receive many more positive reviews.
Ask your customers to review you and also remind your staff to ask customers to do this. Positive reviews on your listing can make a huge difference and go a long way to filling your restaurant.
