Petone’s La Bella Italia restaurant is giving you the chance to sample and learn to cook some of the delicacies of Northern Italy. The restaurant is hosting two special demonstration dinners, on Wednesday 25th of June and Wednesday 27th of July.
The region has been hugely influential in both Italian and global cooking, being the source of a number of popular ingredients such as parmagiano regianno, pancetta and balsamic vinegar.
Themed “winter in Northern Italy”, the demonstration menu showcases the traditions of Lombardy, Emilia Romagna and Piedmont.
It will be an interactive dining experience with La Bella Italia’s Executive Chef, Gabriele Cagnetta, cooking a delicious three course meal right in front of you.
Gabriele will share his knowledge of Italian culinary history and traditions and, of course, you’ll get to see how he cooks and prepares the ingredients. Think of it as your very own Italian cooking master class!
Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy some bona fide Italian hospitality and learn the secrets of Italian cookery.
