Also see Wellington and Auckland restaurants and bars with no surcharge over Easter 2013.
There is no public holiday surcharge at Cortado, ever! Which is good news for hungry diners looking to enjoy this restaurant and bar’s European continental cuisine and South American-inspired dishes. Find it in Christchurch and in Picton.
Likewise, the classy Bistro Lago in Taupo will impose no surcharge on diners this Easter or on ANZAC Day – so you’ll be able to dine there in style during the holidays, enjoying the view over beautiful Lake Taupo.
The all-new, all-good Jervois Steak House in Queenstown will be open over Easter without a public holiday surcharge on its delectable menu. It’s now serving Bluff oysters – but get in before it runs out of this quintessential New Zealand delicacy.
The Cobb & Co chain of family-friendly New Zealand restaurants will be open for business as usual and, you guessed it, will not be charging diners extra for the pleasure of eating there on a public holiday.
There are Cobb & Co restaurants in Invercargill, Levin, Auckland, Nelson, New Plymouth, Tauranga, Whakatane and Whangarei.
